Cordiality Dolce Hayes Mansion

Notwithstanding its powerlessness to draw in purchasers, Hayes Mansion, with its beautiful grounds and fastidiously redesigned Spanish Colonial Revival-style visitor quarters, remains a remarkable compositional diamond. Worked in 1905, it was composed by designer George Page for the well off Hayes family, who made their fortune in the mining business and later turned out to be early distributers of the San Jose Mercury News.

The family lived in the manor up until the point when the 1950s, when they sold it. It at that point sat discharge for a long time, falling into a condition of rot.

Enter the city of San Jose, who purchased the property in the 1980s, and attempted a progression of rebuilding ventures intended to transform the sprawling home into a center point for the blasting tech industry in the region.

Hayes Mansion now gloats 214 visitor rooms, 24 meeting rooms, a day spa, pool and wellness focus and two eateries.
